For centuries, this reasoning legitimized the various forms of subordination as natural and inescapable besides ensnaring women’s being through clearly laid out, socially sanctioned norms and traditions. To this day, gender stereotypes and biases pose a significant barrier to human development. Though women have made significant strides since 1990, gender equity remains a far cry. According to the National Cancer Institute, Cancer is a name given to a collection of related diseases, which can start almost anywhere in the human body and is made up of trillions of cells. These cells differ from normal cells in many ways that allow them to grow out of control and become invasive.
